Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel, ranging from 20 RON to 70 RON within Romania, and from 50 RON to 150 RON for international deliveries.
Orders over 500 RON benefit from free shipping within Romania.

Returns can be requested within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. Items should be in new, unused condition, with original tags intact.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Through the velements reinvent service, you can bring a garment you already own and we can rethink it together. Depending on the material and the idea, it can be reworked, adjusted or completely reshaped into a new piece.
